One legal product brand, three distinct roles
Connecting needs, handling work as a firm and working independently complement each other. Sharing requires authorisation.
Shuangyuan Fazhi · Comprehensive Legal Platform
Organises public enquiries, professional responses and connections to legal services. Necessary requirements and materials pass to partner firms with client authorisation. Onboarding scope and handling rules are confirmed before cooperation.
Shuangyuan Fazhi · Law Firm Brand Workspace
The firm's own branded client service entry and team collaboration system. Client entry prioritises the firm's name and identity, with optional attribution to Shuangyuan Fazhi for technical support. Teams continue enquiries, material handling and service records; deployment is assessed separately.
Shuangyuan Fazhi · Individual Lawyer Workspace
A workspace for an individual lawyer’s matters, materials and professional tools. Its data is independent and is not shared with the platform or firm workspace without authorisation. The lawyer’s professional approval duties are explicit; team handovers require separately agreed authorisation and responsibilities.
A platform connection or workspace does not replace formal engagement. Law firms and lawyers remain responsible for legal services, professional judgment and approval of client deliverables.
Existing product work starts with daily tasks
Customer entry points, employee mobile access and desktop workspaces serve different roles.
Client entry supports enquiries, additional materials and authorised progress updates. Employee mobile access supports follow-up, reminders and handovers. The desktop workspace supports matter handling, research, contract review, de-identification and drafting assistance. All three follow the same service record, with role-based access and lawyer review of tool outputs. Available functions and versions are confirmed during demonstrations or cooperation discussions.
AI organisation, suggestions and drafts require verification. The responsible lawyer or an authorised person confirms formal legal judgments and external deliverables. Neither the platform nor the product guarantees case outcomes.
Platform development follows a continuous service record
The following stages are being connected progressively. Enabled stages and handling rules are agreed with each partner.
Describe the need
Clients describe their issue through the platform or the firm's own branded entry, check the information and authorise necessary materials for connecting needs and subsequent follow-up.
Organise and supplement
AI helps structure facts, timelines and missing materials. Clients check the organised information and add what is necessary.
Assign the team
The law firm reviews the same record and identifies intake staff, responsible professionals and the next action.
Confirm services and engagement
The law firm follows its own procedures to confirm service scope and formal engagement. An enquiry record or team connection does not itself establish an engagement.
Review and deliver
The responsible lawyer or an authorised person verifies professional content and approves the version and scope for client delivery before the service proceeds.
Iterate within partner law firms' actual workflows
Cooperation is open to ordinary law firms seeking to improve service capacity. We build intake, material handling, task allocation and approval workflows with existing assistants, lawyers and managers. Public examples describe the scope of work.
Sichuan Tingao Law Firm
Validation and iteration focus on the firm's branded service entry point, customer enquiry records, material submission, employee mobile access and team workspace within real business processes.
Sichuan Mingju (Shanghai) Law Firm
Product application is being validated around legal tools, service records, team handovers and lawyer approval.
What should a law firm confirm before cooperation?
Start with the existing team and one service workflow. Jointly clarify intake, handling and management responsibilities. Shuangyuan provides products, workflow support and tools; the firm confirms service areas, capacity, client authorisation, material access, formal engagement and deliverable approval.
Are internal agents and private deployment existing platform features?
Internal knowledge bases, complex document parsing and evidence-linking assistance are directions for further development. They require a separate assessment of institutional rules, data samples and deployment conditions, rather than being default capabilities for every partner firm.
