Combine eight capabilities around the task
Eight capabilities from legal product practice can be regrouped around customer intake, material handling and workflow collaboration.
Customer entry points
Requirement intake: collect enquiries, forms and materials into records with context.
Multi-device and system connections: assess links between websites, WeChat, mini programmes, mobile access and existing systems so information reaches the next handler.
Employee workspaces
Material organisation: file documents, extract fields and summaries, and flag missing materials. Retrieval and references: find support within authorised sources and retain references for checking.
Drafting and checks: prepare initial drafts and checklists for review by business staff.
Business workflow systems
Tasks and collaboration: identify handlers, next actions and progress for team handovers. Review and approval: distinguish AI drafts, approved content and deliverable outputs.
Permissions and records: organise access, versions and operation records by role and material scope.
Connect customer intake to the team's next action
Information collected at an entry point should be understandable and usable by the person who handles it next.
Keep working on the same matter
Requirements, available materials, missing information and progress belong together. AI can organise conversations, find references and draft replies. Staff check facts, handle exceptions and approve content before it is sent.
These methods come from legal service practice. Applying them to policy enquiries, material handling or other enterprise tasks requires a fresh assessment of rules, material quality, roles, permissions, interfaces and environments, with acceptance criteria agreed using samples.

Validate before expanding
Actual users take part at each stage, with results that can be checked.
Map the current work
Walk through the process to identify users, material locations, repeated effort and results that require human review.
Test representative samples
Use authorised or de-identified samples to test organisation, retrieval and drafting. Record errors and cases the system cannot handle.
Build a working pilot
Connect the entry point, knowledge, permissions and approval steps. Ask business users to complete a real task and check the handovers.
Accept and expand in stages
Check output quality, processing records and integrations against agreed criteria. After trial operation, decide whether to add roles, workflows or deployment resources.
Clarify the conditions before building
The same AI capability can carry different data and responsibility requirements in different businesses.
Are HR and finance offerings already standard products?
Legal technology has an independent product in practice. Recruitment, onboarding, policy enquiries and finance document organisation are directions for assessment. Scope depends on company rules, samples and review requirements; these are not offered as ready-made products.
Can existing business systems be connected?
We can assess integration with OA, CRM, ERP and other systems. Interface authorisation, data quality, identity permissions and operational conditions determine the synchronisation method and exception-handling scope.
How is deployment chosen?
Assess cloud, dedicated resources or local deployment against data sensitivity, model requirements, computing capacity and maintenance arrangements. Private deployment also requires acceptance checks of model calls and data flows.
