Questions before we begin.
Do we need to replace existing systems?
We first assess your tools and interfaces. Systems that still serve your team can stay and connect through new entry points or integrations. Replacement depends on the workflow and technical conditions.
Does Shuangyuan only work with law firms?
Legal services is an established product area. For other businesses, we assess specific workflows such as intake, knowledge retrieval, document handling and team collaboration. We do not present unbuilt industry solutions as finished products.
Can we use our own environment?
Local, dedicated cloud and hybrid deployment can be discussed. Feasibility depends on models, compute, interfaces and data flows, and must be demonstrated through agreed tests and acceptance.
What should we prepare for the first conversation?
One workflow you want to improve, how you handle it today and the roles involved. If validation is needed, we agree on suitable de-identified samples together.
